I was a customer of 3G Relliance Netconnect. I received bill for the months of July and August after the due date. Their representative has been collected the bill amount for the month July without any fine
from my home (I have that received copy) and told me that they will adjust the fine amount as it is their fault. As I received the August bill which was also late I paid the tariff amount without any fine on 20th August 2012. But unfortunately the connection has been disconnected without prior information and proper reason I think late payment was not my fault as I received the bill I paid the tariff amount. Recently the send a lawyer notice saying that as early as possible I should pay the overdue amount Rs-1017 (Actual tariff amount is Rs- 647.00). Today someone call me and told that she is a lawyer and I have to submit the due within 3 PM (She call me at around 12.30 pm) otherwise I have to go to Delhi court to pay the due amount. But my questions are
1. Why I should pay the fine?
2. Why they send this bill with lawyer notice?
3. Why the lawyer told to me at 12.30pm for the payment within 3 pm?
4. The conversion or instruction was telephonic is this instruction legal?
