Was any agreement signed between you and them? if yes, then you need to check in it, what is the dipuste resolution mode is given.

Generally in Media there is mostly Arbitration Clause which is mentioned. so Arbitration clasue have to be invoked.

As it is about a commercial issue, so it will come under Civil or IBC. But you need to serve a Demand Notice for the dues by giving around10 days time to the other party for clearing the dues.

if not done, then you can proceed ahead legally to recover your dues.
