Noc of district collector for setting a new petrol pump

For no objection certificate of district collector for setting a new petrol pump what are the rules in case of a temple is located at 90 to 95 meter from proposed site.Is there any objection arise for it and if arises advice any solution on it.The temple is not of registered trust or committee.It is only private temple ,which not shown by any landmark on village map or any legal govt documents like 7/12 ,village map of bhumi abhilekh etc.
