I am selected in a PSU bank as an officer & slated to join in August. However, before joining i came to know about an attractive opening in another PSU & i applied for the same. But i have come to know that the application for any post in a PSU needs to be routed via proper channel or an NOC needs to be obtained. Since i had not joined when i applied for the other post, routing through proper chaneel is not possible. However, in the event of my selection do i need to produce NOC at the time of interview as by that time i would have already joined the service?
