NOC from Person

Dear Sir/madam
I m purchasing a building by loan from bank
but now I found that seller has been taken loan against property with agreement from 3 different individual
now seller is saying me that I will sign the deed in register office in your name and after registered the sale deed
whatever money you will give me I will repay to all 3 person against loan
note: seller has not given original deed to anybody
my question is should I buy this property
if yes how?

Why are you so much interested in such property where claim of 3 different financiers exists ?

Sir already given advance & I m buying it 22 lakh but market price 30 lakh +

if those three financers either give you NOC or sign the sale deed as witnesses then go ahead,

with a written bond from the seller either he pays to fianncers or you willl pay directly to them against NOC.

i will do the same
just 1 confusion just assumed that if after registered the deed in my name suddenly anybody come and tell that I also had given money to him
can he create problem for me
