Noc from housing society

It is the looting and unjustified practice of the co-operative housing societies in Mumbai and Thane to demand money in the form of ‘Voluntary donation’ or Transfer Fees’ based on the percentage varying from 1% to 5% of sale value from the sellers and the buyers of the flats at the time of transferring name of share certificates and giving NOC.  If buyers and sellers do not want to give donation to housing societies what are remedies available to get NOC and share transferred.

Dear Madam,

I think you should get the evidence of their demand to you. Also society can get donations only from third unknown party who is genuinely donating for social cause and help. They can not ask donation to the buyer of plot or flat. This you will find in the list of amended bye-laws for cooperative societies.Get a copy of it.or else post your query on few more relevant sites  https://londhes.blogspot.in/p/lawyers.html.Thank you
