NO SUMMONS ISSUED
Dear Sir/Madam
My father and my step mother lodged a private complaint against me in Feb 2023 stating that I cheated them by not clearing debts as per the unregistered agreement which I signed under severe harassment of police. I already cleared 30 lakhs before that agreement.
I didn't receive any summons till now.
Please advise how should I come to know the status of that complaint.
