I'm working in an psu bank and I'm on leave since last few months on medical grounds before taking leave I have applied for ibps po notification before I could inform it to my organization i went under medical ground leave.. Now I have been qualified for ibps po mains and called for interview.. Will my organization provide me noc to attend the interview .

This forum cannot be spokes[person of your employer. So this forum cannot comment whether the deptt wuil (or will not) grant NOC.
They can take mercy on you and grant ex-p[ost factor permission and give NOC. They can also deny NOC and initiate disciplinary action.

Sick leaves gets sanctioned only when medical certificate is presented

The problem presented on repeated threads is not sick leave.
