No mother document

Sir my father buy a property in1988 without mother documents,we are having the ec from register  office in his name now we can avail a bank loan without mother document

In the normal circumstances, the banks do not entertain loan applications without chain of title deeds. Exceptions can always be there ,but it is not advisable .

Mother deed is the source document which is essential for loans by banks or any financial organisations.  Please obtain at least a certified  copy of the same through the registrar office.
