No exhibit by prosecution

I too would like to know the answer to authors query.

Point here is how would a women prove mental cruelty by documents?

Dowry , physical abuses etc can be proved by documents etc.

If till PW cross and chief if they do not give any evidence, will judge put the Accused for his defence or go directly for arguments and decision?
