The NGO Arya Vihar Ashram in Uttarkashi, Uttarakhand receives lakhs in the $US but it is but if you see returns filled under FCRA they spent all money food and picnic in ashram only, not spent a penny on social work. As the Ashram is in Eco sensitive Zone, they are running soap manufacturing udyog in name of Sundram Udyog.
They have enchroched on government land too.
They monopolizing by filling PIL any developmental work in that area.
How and where to complain against them?

Dear user,
In this case, if the NGO receives financial aid, partly or wholly from the government, it comes under public authority and you can file a Right to Information suit against that NGO and if there are any discrepancies you can report it to the Home Ministry.
About the encroachment of the government land, an application can be filed at any Court of Law under Code of Civil Procedure under Order 39, Rule 1 and 2, to get a temporary Injunction against it.
