I have inter caste marriage. I groom from OBC and bride from SC community.
After marriage it found that bride is suffering from Mental(Schizophrenia) recently it also come to notice that her 498A case is still pending.
After that I sent legal notice for fraud and nullity of marriage as per my counsel advice and they contacted. Talks for mutual Divorce continue and they are assuring me for 03 months that they will come to my place..
After their delaying tactics, I tried to search on eCourt and found that Bride side has filed "Cr. Case Complaint(P)" u/s. 323/384/ 418/ 498A/120B of IPC, 3/4 of DVA and 3(i)X of SC/ST Act.
Next Date is February 2023 for cognizance i.e. First Hearing. I have not get any notice.
It seems Bride side act is before counter attack.
I have her treatment record before marriage and after marriage.
