Neighbour's pet dog nuisance

What is the legal solution for my neighbour's pet dog is doing nuisance by shouting and biting all pedestrians.

Quick Summary
This discussion addresses legal recourse for a neighbour's pet dog that is causing a nuisance by barking excessively and biting pedestrians. Options include filing an action in tort, and seeking advice from a local advocate who can guide you through the process for a fee. It's also suggested to first discuss the issue with the pet owner and other neighbours to gauge their response.

Entrust the matter to local advocate and get a remedy by paying him Rs.10,000/- as fee.  He may provide a solution.

Did you discuss the problem with owner of pet and other neighbours ?

If so, what is the response/ reaction of the owner and neighbours ?
