neighborhood tree problem?

Neighborhood coconut tree hangs over by building and road what to do?

Quick Summary
If a neighbourhood coconut tree is posing a danger by overhanging your building or a public road, you can take action. Section 283 of local regulations prohibits obstructions to public areas. You should lodge a complaint with the municipal authorities, requesting the removal of the hazardous tree, as coconut trees cannot be easily trimmed. Alternatively, you can issue a notice to the tree owner to cut it, or escalate the issue to the civil court if necessary. You can also complain to the local municipality about trimming its branches if removal isn't immediately possible.

Section 283 applies to this. No person or his property can cause any obstacle or hindrance to the public.

1. Make a complaint to the Municipal authorities, and request them to remove the dangerious positioned tree, more so since a Coconut Tree cannot be trimmed.
