Negative report of nbw in DV

Hello sir, please tell me what should be my next step if there is negative report of NBW in DV matter where husband has failed to give interim maintenance since last 5 yrs. The order was passed under 125 crpc of arrest to recover the interim amt whch went negativ and then NBW was passed which also went negative as husband is absconding. what should be my next step. how do i recover my maintenance. he is simply hiding since last 1 yr after his arrest warrant was issued. he has even left his office where use to work before. how to search him?
