Needed the draft lease deed

hi sir,

i need a lease deed format , where one party is giving the land for the other party for lease , the other party shall construct the building and use the same for the business .

and he shall leave the building to us at the end of the lease period.

please share the draft . thanks in advance

Please search in google for the format being prescribed by public sector Petrol Bunks and Public Sector Banks. You can also get a Public copy of a certified copy of such lease deed registered by banks or by petrol bunks from Sub Registrar's office.
