suppose a exam center which has staircase and lift facilities but incase they don't allow a candidate to use lift who has medical ailments due to which he/she has leg sprain and it's difficult to walk properly due to which it's difficult to climb/walk stairs.
Q: May I know what is the solutions in general/legally and how to handle such situations without any violence...????
