My parental grandfather died in 2010. Before his death he willingly transferred his aggriculatural land of 5 Acres to my mother(His daughter in law). And one house which we leave currently to my fathers name.
My grandfather has two children my father and my Aunt.
Now my Aunt is claiming her right in property though she has married 35-40 years ago and have multiple houses on her name in Pune. During my grandfathers illness she never helped my father and mother, now she is asking for property...Can anyone guide me what the law says??
