Hello Everyone
My Question is Too Simple.
My Friend met with an Accident with his car. and with God's Grace there is no injury to any Person. but a car (that car was standing there) is slightly damaged a bit from right side.
the car owner want that car to be repaired.
and my friend agreed for the same. and is ready to spend upto rs 10000 for that but now the car owner is saying he want his car repaired from official agency etc etc.
i just want to know if My Friend refuse to get his car repaired. what Legal Action the car owner whose car is damagen can Take.
