need help

any labour and service lawyer here. Need some advice

Quick Summary
An employee resigned in June, stating a Last Working Day (LWD) of 2nd July, but their employer issued a final settlement sheet showing an LWD of 18th July. The employee had already started a new job on 3rd July and is concerned about potential dual employment issues if they don't buy out the notice period based on the incorrect LWD. They are seeking legal advice on how to proceed, specifically regarding the discrepancy in their LWD.

Problem is that I have not buy the notice period because compnay is not showing correct LWD i.e 2nd july. worries is that in future if I m switch job then this will switch dual employment or any problem in future. I will buy notice period only if company will show LWD 2nd JULY.
