Hi Experties
My Query is:
1) On Facebook Somebody post my son photo and write Comment "My Sweet Son"
2) Can it be under Cyber Law or Family Law?
3) What action i will take against this person?
4) If this person in my relatives ? can i take any action ? coz they never take any permission from me to post my son photo... i dont like anybody to post my son photo on facebook.
5) Please suggest me ? How i will take action under cyber law against that person? what will i do for that?

it is definitely under cyber law
file a complaint regarding the same in the nearest police station
though prima facie., just calling a 'sweet son' is not a defamation, so you will only be tiring yourself in the court rooms, though posting something without someones permission is an offence. since it is your own relative, you might as well take an opinion of a lawyer who is a cyber law expert, but also remember to keep your pockets heavy to pay your lawyer, as he will milk you dry for your 'defamation' case......
