AOS can either mean  Await Of Summons, Affidavit Of Support, or Adjustment Of Status. However, in your case, it means Await Of Summons.

Await Of Summons means that the authorities are awaiting the Court's decision on the issuance of summons. OS stands for Original Suit, which has been filed, and awaiting service denotes that the summons has been granted by the court and is awaiting delivery of the same.
