Sir I am in delhi I was purchased one vehicle Truck from icici bank because Hirer was defaulter then bank sold to me truck by internet auction. Truck was in raigarh(Chatisgarh)I went to raigarh(dated 4-2010) by train and handovered the vehicle with paper to Driver,Cleaner and I told them kindly delivered it in Delhi then I cameback by train to Delhi(i have proof).Now I donot know when Driver and cleaner changed the number plate and reached Gondia(maharashtra)and someone(transporter) in Gondia complaint aginst driver cleaner and me for forged plate and  forge paper then police regd FIR 420,467,468,34 But sir i am innocent(free from guilt)when crime done I was in delhi no proof,evidence that I have changed number plate but police regd case in gondia then I reached Gondia and got NT cepratory and then regular bail by proof i am innocent ,Then 6/2012  I direct sent letter CJM Gondia and request i am not guilty,I am in delhi and I unable to attend court regularly from delhi to Gondia.Driver and cleaner absconding after bail someone(transporter) has wrongly lodged complaint against me.He donot know me and no lose to any party assured no lose mention in fir Now CJM accept seprate trial and charged 468 with 34 IPC against me.Now case in evidence, i am in tension In this case their is no loss of any type someone wrongly complaint against me(In this case complainant is police Gondia MH)  It is difficult to me to attend court date,I am in delhi,distance is 2600 km up and down May be Advocate Gondia not coperate me.Because He was not  filed pettion Discharge before CJM what should I do ?
