My SIL has filed 125 Crpc case gainst my brother .SIL is drawing 90,000 per month salary and brother salary was 60,000 per month The Ld trail ocurt has awarded 20,000 Maintenance in favor of two children without appreciating the and apportioning the my SIL salary . I filed the resvion petition before the session court and is fixed for arguments.
I will be grateful, if any of Ld Member forward me the link or the name of citations on the basis of which the plea that wife salary should also bee apportioned while deciding the maintenance amount of children should be challenged
