This is to know the other options or ways of serving a summon to a party when the party is not coming to the court at all.
The ways we have tried : 1. Sent 3 times fresh summons to his house address, and the reply from the house member was PARTY OUT OF STATION
2. Then as per the Court Order paid BETA in the court and court sent a person and the same answer was given to him also and the Summon was affixed on his house door. 3. Now the Court says : asthe party was not found in that address send a private notice and meanwhile find out his whereabouts.
Kindly suggest what can be done in this regard
