NDPS ACT

District court have rejected the bail application.
now how can we rech to high court regarding this matter
please suggest

Quick Summary
If your bail application has been rejected by the district court under the NDPS Act, you can appeal this decision to the High Court. To do this, you will need to obtain a copy of the district court's dismissal order and file an appeal with the High Court, typically with the assistance of a lawyer. Alternatively, you may be able to file a fresh bail application directly in the High Court.
