Name change

I have multiple names in birth certificate it is different 10th marksheet it is different and graduation it is different all govt. Documents it is different. Is gazette is the best option. Further in my birth certificate and 10th my father's name had spelling. Please advise.

Quick Summary
This discussion addresses a common issue where an individual's name appears differently across various official documents like birth certificates, marksheets, and government IDs, including spelling errors in a father's name. The primary question is whether a Gazette notification is the most suitable method for rectifying these discrepancies. The advice provided suggests that a Gazette notification is indeed a viable option for name correction, rather than a full name change, and offers contact details for further legal assistance.

You have to go for name correction but not name change.

You can change your name or correct your name through name correction process only.
