I need expert advice on this matter.
My parents bought a land from broker way back in 2003.The broker gave them all docs except Namantaran doc and told them that he has put that document in the bank loan document.My parents build a house on that land and gave it for rent. But now when the bank loan is cleared and they want to move back into the house, they come to know that name is not transfered to my parents name. They have registration on their name and tax documents for these many years. Now they also came to know that this land does not have anybody's name even in the court.But at patwari, they have some X person's name, who they dont even know.
My question is, what steps they (my parents) should take now, to get the name transferred?
Any piece of advice is highly appreciated!!
