My sons wife

my son marriage was conducted on 25/04/2021 but my son wife now leveled so many allegation on my son which is (1)that my son is not physically fit (2)see looks ghosts in my house and see is living with his father house from 03/08/2021 we do our all efforts to come back but see is not coming now please guide (1)when they both get divorce (2)can we make the separation paper at this stage and then what are the paper please guide me (the marriage certificate also we make from authority)
