No, her extra marital affairs may not have any serious impact especially if she filed the divorce case

Even if there was no divorce case pending in a court of law, extra-marital relationships and even pregnancy are no offences under the law. Only that it can be a cause of action to claim divorce.

Whether your sister got remarried and her first husband has evidence to prove the second marriage ? If so, she may have to face consequence if her husband moved to court for legal action against your sister.

or 

She is pregananted in a live-in relaltionship ? In such circumstances it is not a legal issue.

In your earlier posting, you had mentioned about your sister's photo with her boyfriend? Are you trying to have some  fun at the expense of this platform?

My sister got pregnant with her boyfriend and her ex-husband uses their photo to claim that they got married and wanted to accuse her that she got married with a man and now she is pregnant so he wanted the court to give punishment to her

Please do not bluff! Even if there is the offence of bigamy, only the criminal court has jurisdiction to try the proceedings, not the family court.
