My rti reaponses

Hi I filed an RTI on the AP bar council. I also filed with police previously a year ago and they called me.

Why did they not call me still from the AP bar council? What to do if some manipulation is going on due to the locals in the cities working inside the bar council? I have many enemies from upper casts and lower casts.

This is unacceptable !!

Quick Summary
The user filed an RTI request with the AP Bar Council and is concerned about not receiving a response, especially compared to a previous interaction with the police. They are seeking advice on how to proceed, particularly if they suspect local manipulation within the council. The advice given is that the Bar Council is a public authority under the RTI Act, and if a response isn't received within the stipulated time, the user should file a first appeal, followed by a second appeal if necessary.

There's no reason for the AP bar council to call you just because you have sent a letter seeking information under RTI act.

If you didn't get a reply then you can prefer an appeal.

It is held that the Bar Councils - Bar Council of India and the State Bar Councils - are public authorities within the RTI Act

They are my slaves!

please read RTI Act. There is a limitation to get Reply, if not received, file first appeal. if no reply received, second appeal.
previous opportunity lost. now file another RTI Application to get this procedure.
