I'm a housewife and I don't remember signing any prenup but on paper I'm also the company director which my husband runs. There's a 80k per month amount that is supposedly my salary but none of it ever gets credited to my account. I want to know what my rights to property and wealth are in such a case? My husband is also threatening to not pay my child's college fee which is why I'm afraid to take any action since I can't afford the college tuition myself
With out seeing reliable documents no one can give opinion. U have right to question about salary and fight for arrears of salary .if not for maintenance.
