My plot of land with house is being claimed by third party and they have no documents to prove that my plot is theirs. Now one of the previous owner is saying that he has my land documents in court and i dont know why. There are two party that are causing hindrance in my work on my plot. I bought it with my hard earned money I am poor and i put all my money in that buying of land. I want to know which section of indian law covers this type of claims and disputes from third party.

It seems that there is court litigation already pending in the court. So you can appear in the case and file your claim before court.
