My family and neighbor family property encroachment issue in court and both parties have decided mutually to solve the case in court and court agreed for that.
Regarding this my lawyer asked me to bring all the family members to court during last hearing day for knowing thier agree on all the terms and conditions decided by both parties for the solving case mutually.
Family members are staying at different city and unable to come but they are agree and ready to sign the terms & conditions document if i sent hardcopy to them.
Could you please let me know the procedure to avoid all family members visiting court for signing the terms and conditions document in court to close the case.
