mutual consent divorce

we filed mutual consent divorce, on 15/01/2020,and settled down , crpc 125,125(3),498A,406,323,341 cases through district court.and 354A by her and her mother is pending and next hearing date is after 2 month for their first evidence.I talked to our lawyer and he said for compromise we have to wait till next date but we both want finish the case and separate as soon as possible because living separately since 3 years.also when we talk about 6 month cooling period waived off then he repiled that the judge will not agree in that , I did atlest we will try otherwise we will move to high court.but he connslfusing us. please guide.
