Muslim partition suit

Hi Everybody,

Sir,

my friends grand father had total 4 children 2 daughter and 2 son and in the life time of grand father gave 10 tola gold and cash of 5000 Rs each and a small house to two daughter as their share in property and remaining property was given to sons and their families are enjoying property since 40 years.

"grand father died - two daughters died - two sons died"

now one of the deceased daughter family are claiming there mother share form the deceased son's family property as they have not received any share of property..

Please advise..
