An accident took place in the year 2015.Two people died. Legal heir of one deceased filed claim UNDER SECTION 163A OF MV ACT 1988. The claim is filed and awarded before ammendemnt of MV AMMRNDEMENT ACT 2019 IMPLEMENTED. The legal heir of other decaed want to file claim now after ammendment. Under which section I should file case.

2. 164 OF MV AMMENDMEND ACT 2019

2. Two persons A and B sustained injury and they succumbed to their injuries.
3. Legal heir of A filed claim UNDER SECTION 163A OF MV ACT 1988.
4.The claim is filed and awarded in the year 2017 I. E., before ammendemnt of MV AMMRNDEMENT ACT.
5. The legal heir of B want to file claim now I. e., August 2020 after 2019 ammendment Act.
