Dear Professional colleagues,
There was an accident involving a very senior lady more than 2 years back, involving a state transport undertaking. In February, last, the Motor Vehicles Tribunal awarded compensation. Even after more than 6 monhs the insurance company has not deposited the amount with the authority concerned.
What are the legal recourse available to that lady who is in financial difficulties.
