Mortgage release/ Deed Release

hello, I need information regarding Mortgage deed release, i have paid full home loan and now have to ro appointment for mortgage release but Bank not giving time for appointment, they saying Book appointment after 4pm but there is daily Server issue at sub registrar office after 3pm, so what can I do in this case? how to convince bank to give appointment before 3pm so our work can be completed without server issue

Issue legal notice through advocate, then complaint before consumer forum. Generally these kind of matters are settled amicably after issuing legal notice itself.
