I have taken HBA from office (Central Govt. office). I have to execute mortgage deed with office head and me. I am working in Hyderabad, Telangana. My immovable property is in Nashik, Maharashtra. So can I execute mortgage deed in Sub Registrar office at Hyderabad, Telangana

You are required to execute the mortgage deed with the office which grants you loan within the location of where your property is situated.
