More than 2 ration card in single name.

If a person holding more than 2 Ration card but he is not went for biometric updation. Now someone complained against him and he got summon from police by saying that he misused the same and asking for the clarification. Kindly suggest what's will be the concequences. whether he will jailed or he will free by giving certain fine. Please tell me the ipc for his mistake.

If a person is having two ration cards, he is certainly misusing the welfare scheme and making unlawful gains through subsidy. All ration card information was digitalized and linked to AADHAR. Members can not foretell the action of police for cheating the Government by the person.
