Moratorium in esic in covid 19

It is inherent that the public policy put in force to tackle the Covid -19 cannot entail any such moratorium.

The moratorium means no action during that period and not the abolition of obligations.  The statutory obligations can be postponed with written communication of such directives from the competent authority and those can not be assumed.   The contribution can be postponed in individual cases on representation, and can not be abolished for that period.
