WHAT ARE THE POWERS OF DIRECTOR OF HEALTH SERVICES AND HOW CAN CIRCULAR ISSUED BY IT CAN BE CHALLENGED?

The Director Health Services exercise all the powers entrusted to it by the concerned government.
If the director is entrusted to pass any circular then there is no legal impediment in it.
You can discuss your problem instead of posting moot court problems here.

Director Health Service is an officer of the department.
What is your problem / dispute / locus standi to the office and/ or appointment of Director by the department ?
Such time pass post should be deleted by Admin LCI.
