Were you infomed in advance?

You can make interim payment.

there is a credit limit assigned to every connection based on the owner's profile to protect mobile operator's interests. ideally they should send you a warning when say 90% of credit limit has been reached. they cannot abruptly disconnect services without warning and giving you a reasonable opportunity to make the payment. you can make interim payment and send a dissatisfaction mail to their customer care.
