Dear Sirs,
We are a company , two unidentified persons-A&B, in the city of Banglore , misused our company's name and our directors name , and thereby tried to cheat the 'xyz' company in Banglore . A&B tried to close a very big deal in the name of our company , all such transaction were going through the Zoom meeting , hiding faces, but fortunately the XYZ company somehow got our number and called our director for personal meeting, without knowing that we are true company , when we confirm we never been a part of such deal ever, they realized , they have been cheated without any damage to them and to us .
Now we want to file FIR in our city not banglore , but police is denying and saying you have to lodge complaint in banglore or file complaint alongwith the XYZ company. They had inwarded our letter as an information only.
Now that XYZ company is also not taking any action , but we want the police to investigate the matter, kindly suggest some way.
