mistake in share certificate no

If there are mistakes in release deed share certificate no is wrong. and property is subsequentley sold .mistake was not known to seller.what action can buyer take against seller.

The buyer can demand the seller to rectify the mistake by executing a registered rectification deed, failing to respond, the buyer can approach legal forum for remedy
