mistake in share certificate no

In release deed share cerificate no inadvertentley are wrong.in accompnaying affidavit by legal heirs and agreementshare certificate no are correct.index 2 is correct .does typo mistake affect title of property? is it necessary to make rectification deed. index 2 does not mention share cerificate no.can indemnity bond solve the problem?

No.  It is better to get a rectification deed though it is a typo mistake.

thanks but propery is sold subsequentley and registered .release deed reference is there in sale deed .will subsequent sale deed needs to be re rectified .or its title remains clear

How does share certificate number (stated to be wrong numbered in release deed) affect subsequent Sale transaction ? I donot think it has any adverse effect.

It is advisable to show the document(s) to a local prudent lawyer for better appreciation, analyses and advise.

Because release deed reg no and share of deceased transfered mentioned in sales deed. new sales deed shows both index 2 of new agreement and releasedeed
