Missing one witness sign in sale deed

One witness sign is completely missing in my sale deed and its uploaded as is as well.witness was present that day.i want to know the procedure on how this can be corrected .any correction deed or something can be done ??

Quick Summary
A sale deed was registered with one witness signature missing, despite the witness being present. The owner is seeking to understand the procedure for correction, as the original deed is with the bank. While the absence of a witness signature isn't always fatal to the transaction, clarification is needed on how to amend the registered document and retrieve it from the bank.

Bring it to knowledge of sub registrar   to rectify it.

Now the original sale deed is with bank and they are ok with one witness sign and i dono the process to get document from bank. And in subregistrar office also they are saying that ecopy re upload will not done in that subregistrar branch.

The Sub-Registrar is duty bound to get the document attested by 2 witnesses before registration and delivery of the document..

Unbelievable and fake statement

This is not fake.there is one genuine case..which happend just two days back.

Has the registration been completed? In a sale deed, absence of one witness does not make material difference. Situation would have been different had it been a sale deed.

Yes . electronic upload of documents is complete and EC also received.but everything happend fast and the missing of signature of one witness was realised later.

Missing of witness sign in a sale deed is not fatal to the transactions, and the sale deed can be executed as a valid documents.
