I am 1st year Student of LLB from Mumbai and could not appear in the 1st Semister exam held in this October, 2012. My question is that can I appear in both the semister i.e 1st & 2nd to be held in April/May 2013?

Yes, you can apper for both sem. you will need to fill and submit the examination form for sem 1.
