Minimum wages in tamil nadu for garment manufacturing activity

Is readymade garment industry a scheduled employment under the minimum wages act of Tamil Nadu? Essentially what I want to know is if there is a readymade garment manufacturing factory in Tamil Nadu, are the workers working in that factory entitled to a minimum wage or not?

This is coming under the heading of tailoring industry in Tamilnadu.

Thus the garment industry is covered with minimum wages act.
